Certification of any ISO system requires it to demonstrate that all the requisite communications are taking place. It is equally important from point of view of achieving effectiveness of the system. In real life for many companies, often something or other is not paid enough attention. To ensure that requisite communications always take place, a list is made and followed up. List can also serve the purpose of retaining records, when populated.
