Me, a Chemical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur, had 20 years of experience in ICI three businesses in research, production, technical and commissioning of plants followed by 32 years’ experience in management of safety, health, and environment at ICI and elsewhere in different roles e.g., implementor, consultant, trainer, and as certification body auditor. Here I am to share my experience along with my colleagues’ experience.

In line with above thoughts, I shall share my knowledge freely with all.
In todays time, sharing experience and knowledge has become easier by use of internet. Not just sharing of documented information, but having discussions through online meetings, understanding can be reached to others, as needed.
For myself, while continuing to work in area of managing safety, health and environment for industrial activities, the use of blogging is adopted.
